Do I keep the rights to images I generate?
Yes. You own the output you generate on NXOR, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and the underlying model providers' terms. See the Terms of Service for the full position.
What happens if a generation fails?
You are not charged. If a provider errors out or returns nothing usable, the credits are not deducted — you only pay for generations that actually complete.
