Copyright & IP Complaints Policy
ABUSE TECH - FZCO (IFZA, Dubai, UAE), operator of Nxor, respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content available through the Service that you believe infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, and how we respond. It reflects a notice-and-takedown process consistent with international norms (including the U.S. DMCA framework where relevant).
1. Filing a Complaint
If you believe content made available through the Service infringes your rights, send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:
- Your name, address, email, and (if acting on behalf of a rights holder) your authority to act.
- Identification of the work or right you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content and enough detail for us to locate it (such as URLs, account, or timestamps).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorised to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may delay our response.
2. Our Response
On receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the content, notify the affected user, and take other appropriate action. We may forward your notice (including your contact details) to the affected user.
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including: your contact details; identification of the removed content and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury (where applicable) that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your signature. We may restore the content if we do not receive notice of legal action within a reasonable period.
4. Repeat Infringers
We will suspend or terminate the Accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Misuse
Submitting false or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may expose you to liability. Only submit a complaint if you are confident of your rights.
