Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Nxor, operated by ABUSE TECH - FZCO (IFZA, Dubai, UAE). It applies to all Inputs you submit and all Output you generate, and it forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content being blocked, Account suspension, or termination, and may be reported to authorities or AI Providers where required.

Because Nxor routes requests to third-party AI Providers, you must also comply with the policies of the AI Providers whose models you use.

1. Zero-Tolerance Prohibitions

You must never use the Service to create, upload, request, or distribute:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors, in any form. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy and will report such activity to the relevant authorities.
  • Content that exploits, endangers, or sexualises any person under 18.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content depicting real, identifiable people without consent.
  • Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites violence against people or groups.
  • Instructions or assistance to create weapons, explosives, or other means of mass harm, or to carry out attacks.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate or distribute content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or threatening;
  • promotes hatred or discrimination based on religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics;
  • depicts or encourages self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities;
  • infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
  • contains malware, exploits, or code designed to disrupt systems; or
  • violates the laws of the United Arab Emirates or of any jurisdiction in which you or your audience are located.

3. Prohibited Uses and Conduct

You may not:

  • impersonate or generate deceptive content about real individuals (including deepfakes) in a way that is harmful, fraudulent, or misleading;
  • create content intended to deceive (such as fake news, election manipulation, or fraudulent schemes);
  • use Output to mislead others about its AI-generated nature where that is unlawful or deceptive;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with content filters, safe mode, rate limits, Token metering, or security features;
  • scrape, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or access to it;
  • share, automate, or use a single Account for multiple end-users beyond your plan's terms; or
  • use the Service to build or train a competing product.

4. Content Safety and Safe Mode

We operate automated and manual safety systems and may refuse, filter, or remove content that violates this AUP. For certain markets and audiences, Nxor offers a safe mode intended to align generated content with local cultural and religious norms (including a halal-oriented content setting). Safe mode is provided on a best-efforts basis; AI systems are imperfect and may occasionally produce unexpected results, which does not waive your obligations under this AUP.

5. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your Inputs, your Output, and how you use it, including ensuring it is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you hold any rights necessary for the Inputs you provide. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you must review it before use.

6. Enforcement

We may take any action we consider appropriate for a violation, including blocking content, issuing warnings, suspending or terminating Accounts, retaining evidence, and notifying authorities or AI Providers. Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent termination without refund.
